I'm Back

& its been a looong time since ive updated my blog.
ok, mebe not that long but a week is long
hahaha

so lets recap
i went to bali and arrived home on thursday night/friday morning.

bali trip sux especially if its wif MY family.
here's the reason y....

1. i have a step alim sister yg wears a scarf but scolds vulgarities and cares bout halal food
2. i have parents hu dun allow me to smoke
3. i have parents hu dun allow me to wander off alone
4. & i have parents hu have no sense in taste for clothes
(or mebe mine is juz way off their standards... XD )

hahaha

when i got back from Bali, as per usual i riiidde...
but hell my body is aching.

well at least now i can feeble grind.
still trying to rollback pull-off...

and i learnt to do;

1.a long enough manual
2.held my footjam long and high enough
3.tried doin footjam downside whip.
4.feeble grind

body is still aching though.
sustained several injuries

wounds and aching muscles
hahahah

lesson learnt;
next time, do a warm-up

hahahaha
